Not only will veterans taking this workshop create a new narrative around their PURPOSE and their Strengths, but they will also have the information they need to find the right organization and the right job to be an engaged employees.

DAY 1:  PURPOSE Discovery

How you describe your authentic self and your personal story serve as the foundation for your PURPOSE.  This full-day seminar involves introspection to help you articulate your purpose, passion, cause or belief.

During the PURPOSE Discovery workshop, you will work in triads and tell personal stories.  From those stories, themes emerge, and from those themes, your PURPOSE presents itself.   Once you know your PURPOSE, your professional and personal goals become aligned and you gain clarity.
