ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coach, my seminars and unique WHYteboard Coaching Sessions create the opportunity for people to identify and express their unique contribution in a compelling and memorable way.
Most recently, I served as Vice President of Programs for The Honor Foundation designing the first transition institute for the US Special Operations Forces. community. Prior to The Honor Foundation, as Senior Director of Executive Education at the University of Virginia Darden School Foundation, I worked with clients to develop executive learning programs.
During my 24-year career in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps, I served in a variety of challenging information technology, supply chain management, and administrative leadership positions. I retired in August 2001 having attained the rank of Captain.
I hold a BS in Business Administration from Ohio State University, an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and attended the Senior Executive Program at Columbia University.

Individual Coaching Sessions
WHYteboard Coaching Sessions (90 Minutes)
Through my work on Purpose and Strengths, I’ve discovered individuals are more engaged, more productive, and happier when they feel they are living their purpose and focusing on what they do well. This coaching session will help you to identify and express your unique contribution in a compelling and memorable way.
Prior to the session, you will take an online Purpose Discovery course to help you find clarity, meaning, and fulfillment. Additionally, you will take a Strengths assessment to help you discover and harness your natural talents to succeed.
During the session, you will get the opportunity to put onto a whiteboard what you may have always felt in your gut about your unique contribution and talents to create your new “narrative.”
After the session, you will use this narrative to create your “brand” by:
- Learning how to talk about yourself at networking events,
- Incorporating elements of the narrative into your resume and LinkedIn profile,
- and, how you respond to interview questions when seeking a new job or looking for that next promotion.

Harnessing Your Strengths Coaching Sessions (90 Minutes)
Do you have the opportunity to do what you do best every day? Chances are, you don’t. All too often, our natural talents go untapped. From the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths. The Strenths online assessment along with our training/coaching will help you uncover your talents and leverage your strengths.
Prior to the coaching session, you will take the online Strengths assessment. During the session, you will identify and understand your Strengths (Name It); claim your Top 5 Strengths and understand the uniqueness of you (Claim It) ; and you will learn how to take action to further develop your Strengths and include them as part of your personal narrative (Aim It).
